The one I posted here is an OME - Ebony back and sides, and with really lovely figuring on the top. Hence I thought some GFSAers might find it worth drooling over.

Mothing wrong with Mervyn Davis' guitars either. Thoroughly enjoying the baritone - despite it's lack of ornamentation and workmanlike appearance - seems to have settled really well since Mervyn " breathed " on it.
Smoothtalkers make a statement and provoke strong reactions. I would think that people tend to love or hate them. A bit like the Renault Megane.
Mervyn has some Tasmanian Blackwood that he is using for Smoothtalker bodies. They should be pretty special when assembled and finished. But only if you like the Smoothtalker aesthetic to begin with.
