Yeah, but you should know by now to wait until SP1 to install any M$ OS.

Strangely enough, I have a systems developer friend who loves the 64bit version of Vi$ta - and is running Sonar 64 bit successfully on it (on a dual core AMD machine). He doesn't utilise Sonar to anywhere near the same degree as I do, so I'll reserve judgement until I hear other music pros are using it successfully.

Unfortunately I have moved away from Sonar for the moment. I was getting too many drop outs on my P4 using Super Quartet and more than one instance of GR3. - Having an absolute gas with Reaper doing the same but more - I might be inspired to Go back to Sonar when I upgrade my PC to one of those multi-core monsters with a solid state hard drive. Just waiting for the dust to settle a bit in the current techno storm

Re Guitar Rig for the unbelievers (why am I plugging something I don't own??? ?):

Read what some pro guitarists (eg. Hammet, Munky Shaffer of Korn, etc) have to say about Guitar Rig:

I wouldn't mention Shaeffer, but the other guys like Trent Reznor, Brett Garsed, John 5, Stephen Carpenter, Vernon Reid, Troy Van Leeuwen, Dweezil Zappa are a pretty good list of endorsers.

Off topic but, did you hear? If you play a MS Vista disc backwards, there's devil messages on it!!! WORSE yet, if you play it forwards, it installs Vista! ?
