Recorded this over the weekend, my first try at the whole recording thing. I have not yet done the bridge solo as i cant play it ... yet!!!

Sounds great for your first attempt. Guitar is a bit quiet in relation to the backing and maybe a little too much drive (recorded drive often sounds like there's more distortion than there is).
Did you use a GM backtrack?

Yeah, my sound has a lot of drive, ill lower it a bit and check it out, it should actually be just mild drive on this track. Ill do that when i'm able to play the middle solo. But i didnt know that recorded drive sounds more, now i do thanks!

Good first attempt.
Agree with Alan on the guit level and drive......Maybe try adding a but of mid boost with the less drive as well to increase the guitar presence.

Im working on a new version of this, cant play the satch version tho, altho i must admit i'm not putting much effort into it, but i have a solo that i worked out based on some of the original licks that i reckon sounds killer. Just struggling to play it as clean as i know i can, and bending at speed is proving to be a bit of a mission so i wanna get it right, will upload it in a day or two!
