SpeedStar My two favourite Guitarists, Hellman - Playing "Moonshade" & Kurikinton Fox - Playing "Ride on Sky"
doc-phil That Hellman guy is amazing! I like the beginning of the second video (not a fan of the mask though!) If you like these dudes then Rusty Cooley will literally explode your brain 8)
SpeedStar The two play kinda different styles, Fox's style is very playfull, and is very much influenced by game music, however he has outstanding technique, now this is fox's version of a classic game tune from Final Fantasy 5. This will blow your mind, don't miss the insane intro sweep. As for his mask, in Japan it is illegal to brodcast you're face on youtube unless you are signed to a label or something, but his mask is his trademark. Hellman is just a Nutcase of speed and accuracy The famous sweep in this song, has never been done as cleanly by anyone other than hellman, to my knowledge
cain I never knew that, very interesting to know. Look, i look up to both cos their way better than me, i prefer hellman cos im into melodic metal thats all.
Manfred-Klose in Japan it is illegal to brodcast you're face on youtube unless you are signed to a label or something that sucks!! What if you play something with your teeth? then your face will be exposed?
SpeedStar Thats what I heard. It sounds true cause I've checked out ALOT of japanesse guitarists, and most don't show their face.
