The two play kinda different styles, Fox's style is very playfull, and is very much influenced by game music, however he has outstanding technique, now this is fox's version of a classic game tune from Final Fantasy 5. This will blow your mind, don't miss the insane intro sweep.

As for his mask, in Japan it is illegal to brodcast you're face on youtube unless you are signed to a label or something, but his mask is his trademark. Hellman is just a Nutcase of speed and accuracy

The famous sweep in this song, has never been done as cleanly by anyone other than hellman, to my knowledge

Thats what I heard. It sounds true cause I've checked out ALOT of japanesse guitarists, and most don't show their face.
