Epiphone in SA?

Wat is the reason for not bringing Epiphone into the country anymore? i mean they were and still are one of the more popular brand in the country. I can independently bring them in cause i have connections (legal ones hahaha) but i dnt want to if it would be against some law or something. All i would be doing in buying them and reselling them.

Yep, they are great guitars, but the thread was on "the Gibson pricing and why they pulled out of SA".
