does anyone know where i can get a whammy bar for a SQUIER STRAT?

Any store should be able to order from Fender. It's the model with the metric thread, which is different from the US Strat arms.

Alan, i must admit that most "fender" arms dont fit my mexican, could it be because of the piezo bridge/saddles that they used a different bridge etc?

Yup. Generally the hardware is different between USA models (Imperial sizes) and "Import" (metric sizes). "Import" is anything not made in the US - Mex and Jap Fenders and all the Asian Squiers.
