cain Hi guys This might sound silly or arb. But whats a good complete chord book to get. I want all shapes, both open and closed of all common used chords in one book. I know i can look it up online, but i dont have internet at home.
3ight8all IMO, you learn more about chords, from taking a scale and working shapes out rather than memorizing chord shapes from books...try it, you might come up with some legend stuff. Peace ?
cain I do that, but i want one for reference when i play at churches and quickly need to look stuff up for now
aja I have a good chord book. It is called: Guitar Chord Manual by Gary Turner and Peter Gelling It is part of the "complete learn to play" series. I bought it at music mate It is a fantastic book, very thorough although more of a guide than a reference. Check it out if you can
Renesongs 7488 Guitar Chords by Jay Arnold (California Music Press). Bought my copy in 1974. It is still in print and can be bought online at http://www.musicroom.com/se/ID_No/02536/details.html
