Joe Satriani Signature Collection Guitar Straps

Planet Waves and guitarist Joe Satriani are pleased to announce the JS Series signature guitar strap collection.

The JS strap collection features 5 premium-quality 50mm wide tubular nylon guitar straps featuring Satriani’s own artwork, and artwork inspired by his famous guitars woven into comfortable, fashionable guitar straps.

Each strap is designed to Joe's specifications, and is adjustable in length from 35" to 59.5" long.

Editor's Note: Trust me, these straps are even sexier in real life!

Forgot to mention...

The competition closes on the last day of November and
Your prize will be shipped to you during December -- in time for Christmas ?

cain

I want that damn strap. But none of my referrals are joining!

NorioDS

Pick a colour, I'll buy it for your birthday! ?

NorioDS

I've seen them and the blue one's the sexiest. Black is nice but boring and the red one is actually awesome too.

cain

I like this ones :

But i prefer the red one. It wil look sexiest with my ibanez. How can you use the JS with something else than an ibz hehe

cain

So hows the competition coming along , the forum has been quite quiet this week.

NorioDS

VERY quiet, but the competition is doing well. Last time I checked, Alan was winning.

With just over a week left to the month, you'd better start referring people if you plan on winning an extra strap! ?

cain

Haha we all have just 1 referral man ... People are just full of crap to join!

AlanRatcliffe

Amazing, 51 people have followed my link, but only 4 have signed up. ...and I'm winning?

NorioDS

Yup, like Francis noted, the rest of us have each referred maybe 1 new person.

It'll pick up quickly. Especially once I put a really sexy guitar up for grabs ;D

AlanRatcliffe

specially once I put a really sexy guitar up for grabs

Oh good! Make mine a Godin Multiac Nylon or a Parker Fly Artist please. ;D

cain

Haha allan, if you win a parken fly. Please tell me your residential address so i can come and steal it. Cos i want a parker!!!

AlanRatcliffe

Me too! Not just any Parker though - the quality seems to have dropped on the standard models since they were bought out. There's been a lot of compromise on some models to make them more like "normal" electric guitars (bolt on necks, normal electric guitar tonewoods, etc.), which is not the point of a Parker, IMO.

The only thing that's stopped me getting a Parker years ago is the hard edge on the upper cutaway - I play very high and the damn thing digs into my chest badly.

On the stealing my gear thing - you can discuss that with my 72 kg Bloemenweiler. ?

NorioDS

Do we get a picture of your Bloemenweiler?

cain

What the hell is a bloemenweiler ?

AlanRatcliffe

Francis Viviers wrote What the hell is a bloemenweiler ?

Originally a mix of Rottweiler, Doberman and Bloodhound. Imagine a big Rottie on stilts, a bit more slender than a rottie normally is. Has the Bloodhound voice and temperment.

Norio De Sousa wrote Do we get a picture of your Bloemenweiler?

Browse this folder. To give you an idea of the size, look at the first pic - I'm 5' 9". His name is Zappa, BTW.

NorioDS

He's gorgeous ?

I've seen similar dogs but probably not the same.

Is "Bloemenwieler" a real breed or a name you cooked up?

cain

Nice dog. Looks friendly ?

AlanRatcliffe

They are a proper breed - still too new to be accepted by the cork-sniffers at the kennel club though. Originally bred by the previous administration's security forces (they wanted a Bloodhound nose built into a Rottweiler). For all their unfortunate past, they're actually quite soft and not as high strung as a Dobie. You don't want to tackle one though - I've wrestled Zappa and he's incredibly powerful.
