Tip for doc-phil: if you can't figure it out, try converting the /4 to /8. For example, 4/4 would be 8/8. It helped me with my awkward "6,5/4" that became 13/8. It's worth to try.
That is a good tip, I'll give it a go next time I come up against in wall while trying to tab something. ?
