yeah, it hasn't happened when i start the amp. only after a while... hmmm, grrrrrr!
I have a suspicion that you have a tube socket problem. Does the tubes have retainer springs over them?
From my experience intermittent tube sockets could be due to two reasons
1.The EL84's or the 12AX7's have been inserted scew. The pins in the tubes are quite sharp and it is easy to insert them, in stead of between the two connectors inside the socket, between the side of the socket and the connector. (Am I making sense?)
See this picture:

If you look at the picture on the right, there room for error.
Basically the tube is forced into a position the socket is not designed to accommodate. I see it quite often. I have seen this in Johnny Fourie's Pro Junior for example - so it happens to the best :? If you pull out the tube and the legs are slightly scew, maybe you have this problem. They get bent when inserted wrongly.
2.Maybe you have a dodgy tube socket. When tube sockets get old, they start to play up. Oxidation and loose connecting blades happens after a few years. In this case I would recommend you take the amp to an amp tech that can replace the sockets with new ones.
