Hungdini, when you got the new power supply did you get a new daisy chain with it?
The other slight possibility is one of your pedals has a positive earth - highly unlikely, but possible (I had a Yamaha unit once that was that way - Yamaha likes to be different). The Boss pedals all use the standard negative earth and negative pin, but I'm not 100% sure about your Ibanez.
Easy to prove or eliminate - just run the rig without the Ibanez pedal and see if the problem persists.
