since Im on leave with far too much time on my hands ? I figured Id attempt to make a pedal board for myself. popped down to my local mica and they had some offcut chipboard which cost me a whole R13.50 incl cutting it. not quite sure how much space I needed I did a few rough sums and came out with 30cmx40cm (x16mm chipboard).
after setting everything roughly how Id want it, its slightly too small. think Im going to get another piece thats 2.5cm odd more on all sides.
Ive bought black spraypaint, adhesive velcro so the pedals stay put and I will pick up some of those corners so that its slightly off the floor when in use.
another addition to my soon-to-be pedal board, basically its just like the daisy chain cables you buy when you want to share a single adapter to multiple pedals except its in a box so I can have custom power cable lengths to neaten things up aswell as an LED so I know whether I have power or not. its got velcro on the bottom already, just need to figure out its place when I get the larger board and solder up some power leads.
should I be concerned that my Boss ASA adapter for my pedals outputs 15+v? ???
