Is the Boss HM-2 worth getting.. Just seen on for 300 bucks?? Any ideas

I'm not a big fan, but a lot of guys like them because they are so over the top and decent at getting the heavy metal type distortions. Not the best quality sound, but gets you in the ballpark. R300 is a decent price.

Not a fan either, but thats a nice price for a pedal. I think those retail for R700+.
