Sad news, Alastair Coakley passed away. We all would have heard his riffs.
Saw him with Hotline at the Three Arts Theatre some time in the 1980s. PJ Powers was their vocalist. My distant recollection is that they opened for either America or Rita Coolidge, both of whom we saw there during that decade. Good times, sad news.
