3 months is no time at all. I struggeled (and thought I sucked) for years.
Guitar is a technical instrument, you have to get your body (fingers, wrist, etc...) to learn movements and develop strength that are particular to stringed instruments. This takes time (and lots of patience)
A study plan/goal will help immensely - little goals and steps initially and build on the small wins. If you can't do this for yourself, a decent teacher will help you with this.
If you can't find/afford a teacher, then find a friend or family member who has some musical background and talk to them about their expeirience and about giving you some feedback as you learn.
JustinGuitar or Marty Music on YouTube are also great resources - but I always lean towards a physical human interaction over sitting in the house watching video's.
innv20 this feeling affected all my hobbies
This is important to address - consistent sleep patterns, helathy eating and regular physical exercise will help you feel better in general and motivate you in your perception to the challenges in your life. If those basic things (sleep, diet, exercise) are issues in your life, then you will find everything in your life challenging/a struggle.
Good luck bud!
