!AC30 IN COMA!

Hi.

My ac30 does not switch on. I tried all my plugs, they work on the other amps.

I practised one night and noticed the amp switch off, but took it as my cue to go sleep, but the next day it did not wake up any more.

I am probably going to have replace the insides. ☹ $$$...

Could be something as simple as the fuse. Might be the GZ34 rectifier tube too - which you could replace yourself. What model AC30 is this?

This is an "old" one. Meaning not the latest releases. I have had it since before 1999, and hardly do gigs with it.

Then a good place to start is as Alan mentioned, if the fuses check out ok (I'd start there) then I'd check out the valve rectifier.
