Alan's link is more on a AB switch, not a LOOPER per say in that doesn't have SEND/RETURNS for each path, just a switchable input/output.
You can build one with relative ease, it just requires some work arounds and you can daisy chain them to have as many switchable loops as needed. You will need a switch for each loop in the chain, unless you use a 4PDT switch to switch between 2 single effects loops (3PDT is you DON'T need the LED's), or what is often called an "effects chain switcher"
