It's to restore a '73 ibanez outlaw , archtop jazz guitar . these too pieces are holding up the works something terrible .

Check With Marshall Music - they have the agency for Allparts locally. Might be cheaper to go StewMac tho - Allparts tend to be pricy.

I'd be down for getting in on a Stew Mac order if a bunch of us need parts.

I need a Tele neck pickup cover. I have an exposed neck pick-up and occasionally the high end slips off and gets caught on the pick-up cause a short and no output... not good...

Unless anyone happens to have one they can sell me?

What pickup is it Matt? Some Tele neck replacements are designed specifically without a cover and covering them changes the tone.

Hey Alan,

They are hand wound Van Zandt's out of TX (http://www.vanzandtpu.com/).

ALL their strat/tele pick-ups come without covers. I dropped them a mail earlier to check if a standard cover will do... either that or I need to change my string gauge :-\

Got this response to my e-mail:

Hi Matt,

Any stock cover should fit. You definitely want to put a cover to prevent any damage as the pickup could go dead without a cover. Hope this helps.

If you want something well reliced, I think I have a broken lawsuit-era Ibanez Tele neck pickup with a well-worn cover. Not sure if the cover is an identical fit to a modern Fender clone though. Let me know and I'll go scratch in my pickup box.
