So everyone my buddy Mr Chris Geden has entered the guitar idols competition and he's in the polls to be a finalist all he needs is some support so I'm asking all of you nicely to follow the link below and vote for him after watching his video so that we can see a South African really show em how it's done. The Finalist of this contest will win a record deal with Steve Vai's favoured nations label so what's say we support a fellow S.A player who was born and raised on our soil really show them that the music we make here is worth some attention!

I really like Chris' playing, A Shredfest, but Tastefull, none the less

He was going to work for Fender UK, but then unfortunately his appendix burst and his plans had to be pusponed.

So perhaps this is a brand new opportunity for him to make a name for himself internationally...

Hi everybody

Thanks for all the support. I'm currently on 176 votes. I need a hell of a lot more though. I've emailed the local television station for an interview and I'm calling the newspapers tomorrow. If I don't get the public vote, then there's a good chance that I could be chosen by the judges. I still have to have some votes in though, to win the overall final, so they can see that I'm trying to market myself.

Will keep everyone up to date.

Just another bit of news. My new song was the 52nd most viewed musicians video on YouTube for it's first day. Now on 181 votes. Lost of people suspected of cheating, but apparently everything is in order. 8)
