I'm going to try the line 6 roto-machine on the weekend, though that isn't actually billed as a vibe type effect. I've been quoted R800 - any opinions about that price or that pedal?
Tried the roto-machine, and there's no way that it will work for me. This has nothing to do with the actual effect, but with the way that the pedal changes the sound. It doesn't sound like my guitar with a modulation effect applied, a lot of tone disappeared.
Madness took over and I then tried the Line 6 modulation modeler which certainly has it's charms. Some of the chorus effects were pretty good, the uni-vibe wasn't bad and you have 4 assignable memory locations that you can recall very easily. However it's not cheap.
It is cheaper than the Dunlop uni-vibe though.
