How about we take a topical page from Mary Spender's book and do a partial rewrite of a song. Let's take the main hook and /or first verse of a song and rewrite the rest of it in our own way.
We may run into copyright issues with Soundcloud uploads, so if you do - @Norio has setup mp3 uploads, read more here
Otherwise, any genre and any recording devices. Make it happy, make it sad, make it funny, make it djent, make it bluesy. Whatever it is, make it an entry!

Anyone can enter this competition. You just need a guitar and a phone. But any other recording equipment is fine too. Collaborations with fellow members or anyone you can recruit is encouraged!
