studmissile Hopefully this will qualify
Sure! I don't see why not, though I'm not going to dig into the t&c's - sure they don't mind
Agreed, that is a great track!

Not as bad as I remember.
Backtrack by Mikael Strรถmqvist
Neighbours turned off their electric fence long enough for me to record some guitar! Found a backing track with drums, bass and some stabby Stratty guitar, and used my Les Paul to lay down the rest.
Oh damn. This has been back of mind. I fear i wont make this challenge im afraid. Been busy with a different project which is eating up my spare time. Hope to be back in the saddle with the next one though
studmissile Very nice. Love the tone you got there.
Bluetone Thanks, yeah it does sound good. If I remember correctly I used a rosewood tokai breezy that always seems to deliver a sweet tone with little effort. Unfortunately it's a little on the heavy side.
studmissile Has that thick, syrupy Tele tone I associate with Julian Lage or Jim Campilongo.
Yeah, work is just much at the moment. I'm going to need to sit this one out too.
Not sure if this counts, only used a drum track and recorded the lead and rhythm.
Oh, that was close, I'm quite busy atm. However I managed to record something with my bagpipes last week, but somehow forgot to finish and enter the song I'm glad I didn't miss the deadline
Of course it has to be bagpipes again! And a second rhythm guitar, I'm not skilled enough with the guitar yet for solos
The backing track is by Nick Neblo (I clipped it because it's very long):
Meticus Those pipes sound awesome!
