Best Daws 2021
Had me chuckling - 11/12 DAW's are 4 & 1/2 stars. We're spoilt for choice, there just isn't a bad choice, I reckon the advice of finding one that suits your ''workflow' (creative process) is the best I've read.
Ableton suits me, easy to use sketchpad. The suite is stoopid $ and the 'free licence with everything' lite version only has 8 tracks. Boo.
I guess the best DAW is the one that came with whatever interface/midi device/etc you got
I have only ever used cubase and ableton. Both were bundled with an interface. Preferred cubase. Just worked better for me and I scored a nice upgrade on one of their promotions to a newer release.
Plugins and daws are dangerously addictive
