It's good stuff, I've mentioned a few things before - but he does it with a lot more tact and insight. 😆 Tool 5 is gold, it surprises me it doesn't occur to more people really.
I super resonate with the initial thing he mentions - G.A.S addiction 😉 What he didn't mentionn directly was try playing bass - but approach it as a bassist (e.g. do some groove lessons, try fingerstyling bass).
