Would that not be for a second-hand instrument, or doesn't it matter how many people it's been through? This one is third-hand and is also badly in need of a proper service...
Doesn't matter how many people have owned it, but the condition does make a difference. Not much to "service" on an acoustic though. Take R6K as your base price for a mint condition example, then deduct value for each thing that's wrong with it. If you can pick it up for less than R5K, regardless of condition, it's a bargain.
