Yeti - Sweet Child 'o Mine
So I took the one week, one track thing to heart and have done a warts and all single take of vocals and acoustic recorded with a single mic at about a meter away (never done anything like that before… think it needs some tweaking). I did give myself a couple of practice takes and then used the third as is… rough and ready and more than a little rushed (perhaps I should have used a click). The only editing I’ve done is adding some reverb and echo and fiddling with the EQ.
The guitar I’m using is my 70s Epiphany 12 string that @guidothepimmp set up for me. The fact that I attempted a 12th to 15th fret riff on a 12 string is testament to his skill. ?
