Wiring schematic

Does anyone know how to wire a universal phase toggle? I'm working on a guitar for a friend, and I wanted to add a switch that would universally put the guitar out of phase. It will have 2 humbuckers, both with 4 conductor wiring. When the switch is toggled, it will put either put either pickup out of phase with itself, or out of phase with eachother. Like the Gibson Roxy SG (which i could not find a schematic for). Any help?

sounds Similar to the wiring I did on my Kramer, except that was only for the bridge pickup,

I'm procrastinating here at work today.... so here is another.
still not universal.. but 2 humbuckers, with volume and tone, with 2 toggles for series/parallel/single coil and a 3 way toggle selector..
