A workhorse of a tube amp, that really does sound great, clean, dirty or driven hard by pedals. The earlier ones had issues with rattl-y valve retaining clips (apparently a easy fix), but tubes do go - so I'd try before I buy.

A little blurb I found on the Mk1 version of this amp (MkII comes with a celestion speaker, standby switch and a few other minor tweaks) - there's a debate about the later ones being M.I.C and the earlier ones M.I.A - seems plausible - but I'm not sure.
The Peavey Classic 30 is a tube combo, putting out 30 watts through a 12-inch Blue Marvel speaker. It uses EL84 tubes and includes reverb and a high-gain channel.
