I'll honestly say that I'm one of those guys who doesn't like the idea of turning 30 (even though that's still not for a good while).
Don't worry about it. The older you get the more you realise you do get better with age and you laugh at how little you knew before.
It's all relative - remember how when you were a kid you thought that 20 was really old? How do you feel about 20 now? Same thing happens the older you get, the definition of what "old" is moves backward.
When in doubt, look at the Stones or consider that Les Paul, Segovia and Chet Atkins were all still gigging heavily in their 90s.
I don't think I'll ever grow up and I'm not worried about getting old. If my grandfather is anything to go by, I'm not losing my hair either (although like him, I got my first grey hair at 16).
