It's uncommon to see em 2nd hand (can't recall ever seeing one) - though I reckon if you chat to a music store who stocks Warwick or Stagg they might be able to find a 3/4 hard case in the catalog and get ya one. Most stores stock Warwick - not sure about Stagg though.
