Hi. I am new to effects pedals. Please help!
1. How do I read these settings? For example, the bold print says Delay: 355 Feedback: 35, while under it Delay:
100 Feedback: 30 in the case of Kon-Tiki, etc.
2. Which setting applies to which title?
3. I am ok with delay settings, but what about feedback?
4. What effects pedal is best for the Shadows sound?

Sorry if I am sounding a bit obtuse.

Mickey Sorry if I am sounding a bit obtuse.

Actually, I had to think about this for a bit and I'm now not sure either! I think it's a tabbed text list that was formatted weirdly when it was posted. I'd be guessing at which values belong to which songs.

Delay would be in ms (milliseconds) and feedback is in (I think) percent. 0% feeedback means no repeats, 100% means infinite repeats.

Here's something useful to get started - there's more on youtube about finding Hank's tone. The basics seem to be:

    Strat Bridge pickup
    Bright clean amp (AC15)
    Spring Reverb
Tape Echo (x2 for some songs)

There's likely more, but that's the bare bones I reckon.

What I didn't realize is that he used two delays at times...?

I read somewhere of the two delays you mention. People speak of the Halls Echo, Roland Space Echo RE 201 and the "newest" that Hank uses since he moved to Perth all those years ago is the TVS 3 (a very expensive gadget!). I suppose we have to keep searching for the holy grail!
      Keep the passion, Thanks.
