My supplier will happily do single-shirt prints for you guys... Here's what they said:

We can certainly print single shirts. I’d just like to point out that set-up is the biggest cost in screen printing, and doesn’t change for orders of 1 shirt or 1000 – which is why larger orders make more sense. Set-up fees also increase with the amount of colours in the design as each colour requires a separate screen and set-up.
For example:
1 shirt with a 1 colour print:
Shirt: R68
1 colour set-up: R200
1 colour print: R26
Total for 1 shirt: R294
If you add R50 to that for the personal-use licence for the design, you're looking at R344 for a single shirt. Add courier from them to you and it's about another R100. But you can pick up in Pretoria. So maybe ignore that part. I'm too lazy to go driving around so I pay the courier fee ?
My suggestion is to wait until I do another T-shirt print run. I'll get them to print the first design in this thread seeing as there's some new-found demand for it and I want it for myself anyway.
