[Wanted] - Tube Screamer Pedal

Hi guys

Anyone willing to part with their Tube Screamer pedal? My wish-list includes the TS9/TS808 or even the Ibanez Tube Screamer Mini (unless someone can advise me against this option). The Maxon OD808 would be fantastic but I have a feeling I may be trying my luck real hard with this one...

I have only read great reviews on the Mini. I am also in the market for a TS and am strongly considering the Mini. I see that Takealot is selling it at R1,019.00

Thanks, I saw this as well....Raru.co.za is running a special on the Mini at the moment for R899 with free delivery. This is an option for me but thought I'd check the forums to see if anyone is willing to part with the "big brother" version of these overdrive pedals.

I plan on using the pedal to add a little extra bite to my amp's gain channel and also to tighten the low end as well. I confess I'm new to the world of pedals, but I've seen people on Youtube get great results using overdrive pedals in this way.

R900 for the mini is a fine, fine price.

Only option cheaper would be the Joyo Vintage Overdrive JF-01 (TS clone) - it's possibly the sweetest pedal joyo does. There was a sale on recently, think takealot were selling them at R600/ea! 2nd hand they sometimes surface at around R400-ish.

Thanks. Yes I've heard good things about the Joyo overdrive pedal as well! I haven't seen any second hand ones though, and the cheapest retail one I saw was for about R1000 from Terry Distributors in Cape Town. I'd consider this pedal if it's available somewhere at the right price...
