Haha, fair enough I suppose.
It's just not worth letting go for any less to be honest. I had to jump through hoops to get it here and because of that I am fairly sure another one is never going to get here. Also the OSP on the site is for the second edition.
As to getting the same result with ableton beat repeat and bit crusher, if you can you need to show me some ableton tricks because you truly are a master ?
The pedal is from Chase Bliss and some as yet unknown pedal builders, I suspect Benjamin from Dwarfcraft is one of them.
Basically it's all analog, can be used as purely a fuzz, to use the term losely as it is like no fuzz I've heard before. Then it has the tremolo which can somehow be made to self modulate (I don't even know how - it's just on one of the built in presets).
Heh, I was having a bit of fun - I'm intrigued by the pedal and thank you for posting and sharing the info! Were I to ask to visit and have you demo it, I would (durbs is a bit far though) - it would have to blow my socks right off to part with that kinda $ - I'm cheap ?
If I had a LOT of time to setup a Ableton project and could reverse engineer the modulation on tremelo, I could get some comparable glitch-y sounds, it's something I do play around with, I really enjoy the unconventional take on guitar, particularly chill/ambient styles - I've had a few live 'performances' over the years. However...The investment to get it reliably gig-able on a laptop would take a lot of $, probably around double (or more) your asking price! But then I'd have a mobile recording and performance 'studio' - I know I was comparing apples with oranges...!
Blueberry/Renegade is a cult classic - although a bit under the radar - thought seeing Eddie Izzard NOT in high heels did take some getting used to (He's the dodgy german prospector).
good luck with the sale!
