Help needed understanding tab

Hi I am not sure if im in the right discussion here about TABS? I am trying to work out the intro to Pink Floyd's - Goodbye Blue Sky the 1st couple of bars are fine - I cannot work out the fourth bar in the intro.... 3rd fret 5th string to 2nd fret 5th string to open 5th string. Any help on this will be appreciated. I have watched many lessons covering Mother on Youtube, but I am still missing that fine detail. [i]I have not done the formal introductions as that link seems to be non functional currently.[/i] as soon as its working I will follow forum protocol.

Two 16th notes Pull off from three to two.
The meter of the example is expressed in eighths of a whole note and the last two in sixteenths of a whole note

Meaning the beat will go Ta-ta, ta ta, ta ta, ta titi

Hi there,

These are bound 16th notes A string, i.o.w. you would only play the first one(indicated 3th fret) and would lift your finger off the note on the 3rd fret and then you should have your second finger on the 2nd fret ready. You should have i.o.w. 2 fingers on the A string on the second and third fret. You should not play the 2nd note with your finger or pick or other. If you do it quick enough(at 16th note duration) you should hear the second note on the second fret. It does not indicate that you should slide the finger or the 3rd fret to the 2 fret, this would be indicated with a down worth \ (not as steep but flatter as the notes are close together)
