Help, can't change my avatar.

I can't get my avatar changed. When I ask it to load from a website it shows nothing. When I try to upload it, it doesn't do it either...

CDee I struggled to do that for ages, until Rudolf helped me out.. It comes down to size and the dimension.. 4KB and 80x60 seemed to work..
