Santa, aka my brother Trevor, was very good to me this year A full size handmade Resophonic guitar, and a Ukulele version for my grandson body Aluminium, aluminium cone hand turned, neck Maple, fingerboard flamed kiaat. Amazing blues slide guitar. The Ukulele is Nylon string for the little guys fingers, but Grandpappy is definitely going to enjoy it as well

Awesome pressie - I approve of handmade Xmas gifts! Those are some skills he's got there - if I recall correctly, this is just something he does for fun?

Yes but he will take orders. He recycles a lot, like old door frames for the necks etc. They certainly all have a history. He has previously used windscreen wiper blades for frets, but these have regular jumbo frets. The tuners are sourced from Terry's in CT. I am working on a recording.
