I had the good fortune of being contacted by my cousin who asked me to come and collect some instruments that belonged to his father and our grandfather.
A 1973-ish Aria japanese model S102T tobacco burst with a Bigsby type whammy
Two concertinas and a whole bunch of other odds and ends.
The rear of the guitar binding has failed and the back has partly loosened from the sides. This will require some serious restoration work. The frets are virtually flat with no body and the nut shows signs of failure. The machine heads are in good working order as is the bridge and the whammy. Pots, pickups and knobs are original. The strange thing is that the neck plate has a different number than the body. Maybe a replacement neck, I need to get a bit more history if any.
The concertina's are beyond my repair capabilities nor do I play such instruments but it does have sentimental and display value
