Xmas wish list...

This year (fortunately!) there doesn't seem to be much commercial Xmas silliness, but...If you were asked what you would like to find parked under a tree, what would it be?

I need a 200W+ 15in bass amp. 8) - I want a whole lot more, the Boss SY-300 (it's literally made midi guitar obsolete) is brain meltingly good, but needs are a bit greater for future gigs.

So it's either a TC electronics Bg250-115 or a Fender Rumble 200, the GK is a bit out of my reach :'(

I'd be really happy if someone magically turned the pile of parts and timber in my garage into a bass. That someone will most likely need to be me though.

I'm pretty happy with what I've got at the moment although a low-wattage tube amp would go down really well.

I am thinking of getting into ambient guitar playing - if you can't shred, use a cr@pload of pedals and layering. ?
So my wish list:
- Compressor
- Delay with level, number of repeats, some different modes, tone setting
- Reverb with level, length/whatever, tone, modes
- Volume pedal
- Octaver with low and high octave simultaneously and level for each.

Yes, I do not own any of these pedals.

I've already spent my entire Christmas budget on my new musical mechano* - will post a thread as soon as the last parts arrive, but if by some Christmas movie special miracle any of these appear under my tree:

A modulated delay is a must imho, something that like a Hardwire DL-8 or the Moog minifooger delay - or a tape echo style delay, Ibanez did a few (ES2 looks interesting).

And a wah/autowah/mid filter sweep - trust me it's a whole lotta fun(k).

One guitar I haven't seen in your collection is a Travel Guitar. That and the States would be good stuff!

Seriously though I am trading my Cort Earth Mini travel Guitar for a Squier Affinity Strat which should arrive tomorrow.
I know it's a starter guitar but that's sums up my skill level on electric.
Love the sound of a single coil neck pickup so I am waiting in anticipation.
