a good few leonard cohen songs used to be in my repertoire. hallelujah is still one of my favourites on piano.
the minor fall, the major lift. probably one of the best lyric/music matches i know how to play.
a great loss. 2016 kicks us in the musical nuts again

Hallelujah was actually the first song I sang when I started my vocal lessons. Its sad that we're losing true artists faster than we're getting them.
