Anybody in Gauteng with Alnico speakers?

Hi Guys

I am really keen try change my speakers, and I am looking to try some alnico speakers. Are there any kind alnico speaker owners in Gauteng that would be OK with me playing my 18 watt clone through them (open or closed back)?

Currently I have a 2 x 10 inch celestion G10 (10 inch green backs) in a homemade closed cabinet, but they are sounding a little dark to me.

I did try an open back Ibanez TS cabinet with a single 12 inch celestion seventy 80 speaker and I really liked it, but I am looking to try some alnicos.

He brings in Jensen and Celestion speakers.

Dude, I have a Jensen P12Q alnico you're welcome to try out.

And the Eminence guys have their guitar speakers on special at the moment... so if you've ever considered those, might be a way to go.
