Deeds

Hi all,

Name's Diederick, but Deeds is easier to pronounce, especially for the English folk. From Pretoria and have been here since '86. Play Bass and a little rhythm, but my interest lies largely in the building of guitars.

I am an AutoCAD trainer and decided to fully design a custom bass using the software and then build it.

Thanks. No clips at the moment. Will record and upload some when I get a chance.

Thanks. The body is one piece Mahogany with a Flame Maple top. Stained the Maple with ink, sanded back down to the wood leaving the dark grain. Then sprayed with 2K candy apple.

Neck is Torrefied Maple with a Ebony fingerboard. Used the Torrefied Maple cutoffs to make the inlays.
