nick_D01 so what are the thoughts on ramfest from this past weekend? could'nt find the gfsa flag btw. black parade bands were wicked, this one band on sat evenin from durban had some sick pantera style riffs! pity the crowd was'nt that happenin tho.

Manfred-Klose It was better organised this year ? The air guitar finals was awesome, the highlight for me. I ran into one GFSA members at least. Would like to do it next year again.........
dyllels When i played i had amazing sound, but pity i hate the music haha. thought the weekend was beyond fun ? Was really well organised and boy i would kill to play on that main stage ?

inflames I'm glad you guys had fun, I got screwed!!! Could not go on Saturday, since my fiancé and I had to meet with the catering company for our wedding at 15:00! Why? Why? Why on a Saturday? Why at 15:00? From what I’ve heard Ramfest 2009 was great. P.S, I had a GFSA flag made, next time I guess!

StormBeast Well, besides the off points like the atrocious sound, it was a great time. Drunken debauchery everywhere, great tunes from the massive amount of cars that had to be jumped/towed at the end of the weekend. Bands were great, although I mainly only stayed at the black parade stage (BTW, what a shit name for the metal stage, since when is my chemical romance even considered anywhere close to metal?!). I think most of the bands that played gave some pretty good shows, Architecture of Aggression being my favourite from the weekend, my head's still lying there somewhere. Was great to see The Horrorcast one more time, hopefully not the final time. Can't say any bands really sucked, 'cos if I didn't like what I was hearing I simply walked away and had a few more brewskies, great weekend all around!
Manfred-Klose Architecture of Aggression I watches a few songs, probably the most brutal and heaviest SA band i have ever seen, and they are just 3 bands members.
