Good suggested replacement pick ups for a Ibanez guitar

? Hi everybody! I've got a old Ibanez S270 with a HSH configuration on the pickups. Over the years I've come to realize that the stock pickups just don't cut it.

I'm looking for advice from the more experienced members on the forum as to what pick ups they would suggest.

I'm a 80's shred nut so I want something that will give me good sound when the mids are scooped but I must still be able to get a less distorted sound from the instrument when I have to play quieter parts on songs.

Advice would be appreciated

I have EMG 81s and LOVE them.

I love EMG's but they are last option. Was thinking of Seymour Duncan Invader in the bridge and a Sentient in the neck position. ?
