Hey guys,
so my egen has a coil tap and 5-way pickup selector, when it's down, neck position works fine, bridge works fine, middle and between middle and top, and between middle and back are REALLY soft. When the coil tap is up, middle works, and the rest are REALLY soft. No wires have come loose, and all the solder is in tact.
And advice? In the very least is there somewhere I can go to repair it? I'm based in Johannesburg North.

Probably an easy fix using contact spray and some fiddling on corroded contacts. Or, a somewhat more expensive electronics replacement with more permanent results. I'd do the quick fix first and see how it keeps. For luthiers see sticky 'local luthiers'
