Has anyone bought from this site? The prices are really good, and they have a large catalogue.

have you checked their "About us".
you know, where they say they are NOT based in SA, and that your price is VAT and shipping EXCLUDED?
Add VAT, suddenly the price ain't so rosy eh.

Yeah, saw that, but even when stuffing something in your cart, the shipping is free. There is a tax calculator on the website too. Prices still seem reasonable.
Was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this site

They are based in the USA, customs duties are not included, warranty requires that you return the goods to them at YOUR expense, bet they hold hardly any stock, shipping is through the post office and bet that most electrical items are shipped with 110V USA power supplies. They may be cheap on some items but not all. EG TC Electronics Hall of Fame they quote R2,814 ex VAT so R3207.96. You can buy one right now at most local music stores for around R2,700 incl. VAT after discount. Beyerdynamic DT770 Pro headphones from them at R4,570.26 incl. Local price under R3,500.

Terrible customer service. Does not reply to emails for weeks. After I had paid for product they refunded me and said there was an error with the price I paid and now had to pay a higher price then the one I did a week earlier. After that they just ignored my email.

yup. but with the space, as far as i'm aware, it's a mark that means the instrument or equipment (etc) conforms to a set of safety (etc) guidelines set up within the european trade area. (conform/europe.)
