No collab though.... :'( I had another member contact me and we shared ideas, but I couldn't get around to do anything. I am guessing he will probably submit his work (which was really cool!!!) as a solo effort as well. Really sorry it couldn't work out this month. I agree that the collab ideas should be spread over 2 months.
Good the hear you got a conversation started! That's the aim - interacting more.
The thinking that motivated the collaborations idea was : often a 2nd ear during production is a good thing, especially during final arrangement & mixing, or sometimes you want a awesome part (usually a lead) but lack the skills and occasionally you're stuck and need a fresh idea/approach to get the juices flowing.
I wasn't thinking co-compositions only!
Looking forward to Stud's entry and all the others...I'm rather intrigued :yup:
