I'd have one, and regard it as a standalone control surface for a DAW (not sure if it does midi over usb, I'd think it would though).
At 400-450USD...hmm, I'd wait till someone got bored of theirs and take it off their hands ?

I always find products like this look so cool in the demo, so I want to rush out and buy one.. but when I buy one.. I mess around a few times and that's about it.. Because, I'm not a pro muso like the artists in the demo video, so I can't produce incredible music like they can.
This is a cool product, but it's much like having a midi keyboard with a good DAW.. You can, in theory, create anything with a keyboard and a computer.. But if you aren't skilled in music, it is incredibly hard to do. Maybe I'm over thinking it.. But, I struggle to see this really having a place in music.

So they have pretty much taken the ROLI Seaboard and miniturised it by the looks of it. Maybe i'm seeing too many similarites and they are in fact completely different? :?

I agree with Paul.
They always make these things look so amazing and when laymen touch em, its a bugger up.
think I will pass on this one...prefer the feel of a 'real 'guitar..
