Need an affordable electronic drum machine
Hasie
Hey,
So when practicing and playing with some friends, we use a metronome. But for 15 minutes max, then I want to start bashing my head against the wall on the tap of the metronome. It is such an annoying sound.
So I want a simple drum machine a I can plug into the amp's auxiliary input to use it as a glorified metronome.
It should be < R1000.
I do not want to use some application on a laptop or PC and connect that to the amp and what not.
I quite like to Korg KR Mini.
What would you suggest?

Depending on how much control you want over your beats - I've had a lot of fun with the basic drum beats that the Zoom G/B series of effects pedals come with. I had a B2 and had loads of fun with it - all for R400 (used) and it had a killer SWR model & fuzz wah that I miss to this day.
They are all pre-programmed beats, so no editing - but as a metronome replacement, they are useful (and cheap).
