Boss CE-2 MIJ analog chorus. Two knobs, holy grail of watery bucket brigade goodness. Have seen these go for up to $300 on ebay, selling mine to fund another purchase. R1000 and it's yours.
Note - this is completely original and unmodded. It will need to be daisy chained to work with a modern power supply. Or mod one resistor.
